We are excited to present to you our extended Yoga in Himalayas tour package, which entails a 13-night and 14-day stay at the serene Pahadi House – a wellness centre in Ranichauri, situated in the beautiful Chamba district of Uttarakhand.
The location of the property is ideal, being just 85 km away from Dehradun and easily accessible from the bustling town of Rishikesh. This tour package offers guests a chance to explore the picturesque surroundings of the Himalayas whilst indulging in daily yoga sessions, guided meditation, village walks, and cultural excursions.
The tour has been designed to offer guests ample opportunities to engage with nature, delve into local customs and traditions, and relax their minds and bodies. Our team of professionals will ensure a pleasant and rejuvenating experience throughout the stay.
This is a daily schedule for a typical yoga retreat, starting at 5 am and ending at 9 pm.
The day begins with waking up at 5 am, followed by Karma Yoga and Mantra chanting until 6:15 am. Following this is Shat-kriyas and Pranayama practices until 7 am, then warm-up exercises until 8:30 am. Breakfast and free time follow until 10 am, when the class resumes with Yoga Philosophy, which goes on until 11:15 am. After this, there is a workshop on Yoga anatomy and physiology, followed by lunch break until 1:30 pm.
More yoga sessions proceed, incorporating Teaching Methodology, Ayurveda, and Practice Teaching until 3:45 pm. A tea break follows until 4:15 pm, then Astanga Vinyasa sessions occur until 6 pm.
Afterward, there is dinner and free time until 7:30 pm when the day continues with guest lectures, Satsanga, Meditation, Self-study, and Inner dialogue until 8:30 pm. Sleep time begins at 9 pm.
Upon arrival at Rishikesh and transfer to Pahadi House in Ranichauri.
