The daily routine outlined above shows a schedule for an Ayurvedic retreat center where individuals can take part in numerous activities and treatments.
Beginning with a 6:00 AM bell, the day starts with mantra chanting and yoga followed by Ayurvedic tea at 7:30 AM. Breakfast is served afterward at 8:30 AM, with a consultation with a doctor also included. The morning continues with an Ayurvedic massage/treatment session, Hatha Yoga, and an Ayurvedic detox lunch.
Afternoon activities begin with a yoga session and Ayurveda tips, followed by a detox drink at 4:00 PM. Guests are encouraged to take a local excursion at 5:30 PM, returning for an Ayurvedic detox dinner at 7:30 PM. An activity session with games or bonfire is offered at 8:30 PM, with the day concluding at 10:00 PM with lights out.

Arrival and check-in at the Ayurvedic resort in Rishikesh. After settling in, a welcome drink will be served followed by a consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor. Later, you will attend an orientation meeting that will explain the detox program and daily schedule.
Each day will begin with yoga and meditation sessions. You will receive personalized Ayurvedic massages and therapies as per your consultation with the doctor. These will include Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Udwarthana, and Pizhichil. You will also follow a personalized detox diet and participate in wellness activities like cooking classes, nature walks, and art therapy.
On the last day, you will have a final consultation with the doctor and receive recommendations for a continued healthy lifestyle. You will also receive a certificate of completion and depart for your onward journey.
