Day 1: Arrival in Rishikesh
Upon arrival in Rishikesh, you will be transferred to the hotel. After check-in and freshening up, you can explore the city on your own. In the evening, attend a laughter therapy session to relieve stress and lighten your mood.
Day 2: Yoga and Sightseeing
Start your day with a yoga session by the river Ganges. After breakfast, proceed to visit some of the famous temples in Rishikesh like Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula. In the afternoon, participate in a laughter yoga or meditation session.
Day 3: Departure
On the final day, enjoy a hearty breakfast and check out from the hotel. Your tour ends with a drop-off at Rishikesh. You can depart for your onward journey with memories of a blissful yoga and laughter therapy retreat.
