Our Yoga Retreat in Himalayas is an experience of a lifetime. We provide an opportunity to unwind, relax and rejuvenate with a 7-night and 8-day stay in the tranquil surroundings of Rishikesh. This is a perfect getaway to explore the spiritualism and serenity of the Himalayas while practicing yoga and meditation which will help to bring harmony in mind, body and soul.
The retreat includes daily yoga, pranayama and meditation sessions by our experienced yoga teachers. Our package also includes comfortable accommodation in a serene environment, nourishing sattvic meals, local sightseeing, and an array of optional activities like trekking, rafting, and Ayurvedic massage.

This schedule outlines a typical day in a yoga teacher training program.
The day starts early at 5:00 am with waking up, followed by Karma Yoga and Mantra chanting from 6:00 to 6:15 am.
Then shat-kriyas and pranayama practices follow from 6:15 to 7:00 am.
After a short break, warm-up exercises, joints and glands following hatha yoga asanas take place from 7:00 to 8:30 am.
Breakfast and free time follow until 10:00 am, where yoga philosophy is discussed until 11:15 am. The afternoon includes a combination of workshops on anatomy, physiology, and teaching methodology, as well as practice teaching.
After dinner and some free time, the evening continues with guest lectures, Satsanga, meditation, self-study, and inner dialogue.
The day closes with sleep at 9:00 pm. Overall, the day is structured to provide a well-rounded, immersive experience in a yogic lifestyle and prepare trainees to become teachers themselves.

Early morning yoga, followed by breakfast and a visit to a nearby ashram. Enjoy lunch at the ashram and attend an evening ceremony. Return to the retreat center for dinner.
