Our yoga retreat with camping trip is a perfect getaway for those who want to rejuvenate and reconnect with nature in the serene surroundings of the holy city of Rishikesh. The retreat includes a two-night comfortable camping stay with all the necessary amenities such as campfire and meals.
During the yoga retreat, our experienced yoga instructors will guide you in practicing yoga and meditation to help you relax, release stress and improve your flexibility. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in other exciting activities such as trekking, river rafting, and nature walks.

On Day 2, the yoga schedule starts with a wake-up bell at 5:20 am followed by silent meditation and chanting at 6:00 am.
From 6:30 to 8:00 am, classical Hatha yoga is practiced which is a form of physical yoga that emphasizes postures and breathing techniques.
The next session of Pranayama follows from 8:00 to 9:00 am, which focuses on regulating the breath to improve physical and mental well-being.
After breakfast at 9:15 am, participants engage in hiking and trekking to nearby places.
Lunch is served at 1:15 pm. Later, at 4:00 pm, participants gather for tea and snacks with a Vedanta philosopher where they can discuss spiritual matters.
Dinner is served at 7:30 pm, followed by Tratak, farewell ceremony, and dancing with light music and games at 8:30 pm.
Lights are off at 10:00 pm, signalling the end of Day 2’s activities.
Upon arrival in Rishikesh, check into the camping site and rest for a while. In the evening, attend a yoga and meditation class followed by dinner.
Wake up early in the morning for a yoga session and a light breakfast. Then, go for a nature walk and explore the surroundings. After lunch, attend a yoga class and meditation session. Spend the evening around the campfire with fellow travellers followed by dinner.
Start the day with a morning yoga session followed by breakfast. After that, check out from the camping site and head for a river rafting session in the Ganges. Later, depart from Rishikesh with wonderful memories and experiences.
On Day 3 of the yoga retreat, the wake-up bell will ring at 5:20 am.
The first activity of the day will be Classical Hatha yoga from 6:30 am to 8:00 am. This traditional form of yoga incorporates physical postures, breathwork, and meditation to help students achieve balance and wellness.
From 8:00 to 9:00 am, attendees will practice pranayama, or yogic breathing exercises, to further promote relaxation and mental clarity.
Breakfast will follow at 9:15 am. Later in the day, attendees can join a tour of the Himalayas to explore the surrounding natural beauty.
Lunch will be served at 1:15 pm, and check-out time is 2:00 pm.
